A space to be you

Refine a listening ear and voice of your own so clear it enacts with ease,

Welcome

I hope finding this site offers both comfort and connection—a reminder that support is available and you are welcome here. Whether you're looking for resources, insights, or simply a moment to pause and reflect, I invite you to explore. If you’re considering counselling, please reach out and share what you're hoping for.

Online and In Person

I offer both in-person and virtual counselling sessions, so you can choose what feels most comfortable and accessible for you. Some folks prefer the ease and comfort of connecting from their home, while others appreciate sitting together in the same space. However we meet, I’m here to offer a warm, supportive environment where you can feel safe to show up just as you are.

Neurodiverse Affirming Counselling

Neurodiverse affirming counselling is a welcoming space for both diagnosed and undiagnosed individuals who experience the world in unique ways. It’s an approach that celebrates diverse ways of thinking, feeling, and being, while offering support for navigating sensory sensitivities, emotional regulation, relationships, and life transitions. Together, we co-create an affirming, compassionate environment that meets you where you are—whether you’re seeking clarity, connection, or strategies to support your journey.

Nature Based Therapy

Nature-based therapy is thoughtfully integrated into my counselling practice when it aligns with your needs and interests. Grounded in the understanding that we are deeply shaped by our environments and co-evolved with nature, this work recognizes the powerful role of natural spaces in supporting nervous system regulation, emotional processing, and a sense of connection. Nature-based therapy can be a gentle and effective way to support clarity, balance, and personal growth.

Working together

It’s not uncommon to feel unseen or unheard—and often, the hardest part is learning to truly see and hear ourselves. That journey can be challenging, but with the right support, it can also be deeply transformative.

Counselling offers a supportive space to explore growth and change at your own pace—one that respects your inner wisdom and honours your unique goals.

LGBTQIA2S+ and polyamorous folks are welcome!

  • Building tools to regulate emotions and support your nervous system

  • Clarifying personal boundaries and limits

  • Exploring how you connect with your inner authority and make decisions

  • Growing your confidence and capacity to meet challenges and uncertainty

  • Creating space to pause, reflect, or shift direction as needed

Our time together is guided by your goals and values, with the intention of fostering greater clarity, resilience, and alignment with what matters most to you.

Group/
Relationship Counselling

It’s easy to feel disconnected or misunderstood in our closest relationships. The hardest work is learning to communicate openly and truly understand one another. Navigating this path can be challenging, but with the right support, it can also be deeply rewarding. Couples and group counselling provide a safe space to explore connections, build trust, and grow together.
