Meet Alicia
Hi, I’m Alicia (she/her), I’m so glad you’re here.
Over the past decade, I’ve had the privilege of working in mental health through roles in education, vocational support, nature therapy, and counselling. I’ve also had the joy of teaching in university settings, helping diverse learners find paths that are expressive, supportive, and inclusive. I’m especially passionate about working alongside neurodivergent individuals, and folks moving through change . My ultimate aim is to create affirming, compassionate spaces to navigate emotional regulation, relationships, and life transitions with clarity and confidence.
I believe change is a constant in life—sometimes challenging, sometimes full of possibility. In our work together, I invite you to explore this change with curiosity and care, guided by your values, needs, and strengths. My approach draws on trauma-informed, neurodiversity-affirming, and social justice principles, blending Internal Family Systems (IFS), Narrative Therapy, somatic practices, mindfulness, and nature therapy. Whether we’re leaning into quiet reflection or playful exploration, I’ll meet you wherever you are on your path.
It’s an honor to walk alongside clients as they deepen their self-understanding, expand their perspectives, and nurture meaningful change. If this feels like a journey you’d like to explore, I’m here to support you.
