Nature Based Therapy

Nature-based therapy integrates the natural world into the counseling process. Whether through outdoor sessions or nature-inspired practices, it fosters clarity, calm, and connection. Rooted in the understanding that we co-evolved with nature and are deeply sensory beings, this approach recognizes how our environment shapes us. By understanding our sensory world and how nature supports nervous system regulation, nature therapy in counseling offers tools to support balance, emotional processing, and growth.
